Electronic belt scale is a kind of measuring equipment for dynamic and continuous weighing of bulk materials. In the building materials industry, it is widely used in the raw fuel into the plant and the belt transport in the production process. It can also be combined with automatic control device for automatic batching and quantitative feeding system of mill and other equipment. The application accuracy of electronic belt scales has a direct impact on the consumption of raw fuel, product quality and economic benefits of enterprises.
In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the electronic belt scale, the following points should be achieved:
1) the installation of the scale frame and instrument should pay special attention to the selection of appropriate environmental conditions, such as small vibration, small relative humidity, wind and rain erosion and sun, especially should be far away from the strong magnetic field and large heat source, environmental health is better. The scale frame shall not be too close to the driving drum and the blanking point, and shall meet the specified requirements.
2) the conveyor truss fixed on the electronic belt scale must have enough stiffness. If the stiffness is not enough, it should be strengthened.
3) the Angle of the belt conveyor should not be too large, in order to avoid the material rolling on the belt caused by greater error, the general Angle must be less than 20°. And when the belt has inclined and horizontal section, the scale frame should be installed in the horizontal section as far as possible.
4) In order to ensure the normal fitting of the belt and the weighing roller, so that the material weight is transferred to the weighing roller truthfully, the weighing frame should be installed on the position where the conveying belt tension and its change are small. Belt conveyor should be set up tensioning device, as far as possible to ensure tension stability, should also be set to prevent deviation device, belt deviation can not exceed 10mm.
5) In order to ensure that the pressure change of the belt symmetrical weight roller is small, the roller in the weighing section should be carefully adjusted to make the rollers parallel to each other and on a plane.
6) For groove idlers, the belt must be in uniform contact with the three idlers, and there should be no gap between the belt and the bottom idlers.
7) in order to reduce the change of belt tension, the belt conveyor should have a fixed unloading point, and the unloading mouth should be equipped with a height adjustment plate, so that the material on the belt is uniform. Or add a certain amount of given flow control device in front of the metering section belt, so that the flow of the belt conveyor is uniformly controlled within the range of 80% ~ 100% of the full range. This can stabilize the working point, improve the accuracy of belt scale.
