Precautions in the use of electronic scales
1. Avoid collision during the use of electronic scale
Although the anti-collision limit measures are taken in the structural design of the sensor and electronic balance, the sensor will be damaged before the impact of the limit measures, which will change its electrical parameters and affect the measurement accuracy of the electronic balance.
2. Choose an electronic scale with appropriate range according to the weight of weighing items
The accuracy of an electronic scale with a larger weight of 3 kg and a subdivision value of 1 gram is 1/3000. If you use it to weigh a 2kg item, it is 1/2000 accurate, and if you use it to weigh a 100g item, it is 1/100 accurate.
3. Influence of ambient temperature on weighing accuracy
The national standard for grade ⅲ scale requires that the accuracy index be guaranteed within the ambient temperature of 0℃ ~ 40℃. If the ambient temperature exceeds this range, the weighing accuracy may be affected.
4. Influence of vibration and wind on weighing accuracy
Vibration and wind have little effect on weighing accuracy of electronic scale with 15 kg and 5 g. And to the larger weighing 200 grams, the electronic scale of 0.1 grams of the degree value, vibration and wind will make the display of digital beating.
5. Environmental humidity and acid, alkali vapor or liquid influence on electronic scale
National standards for grade ⅲ scale requirements in the environmental humidity ≤ 90% to ensure accuracy indicators, requirements to avoid contact with acid, alkali vapor or fluid. For the electronic scale without special treatment, > 90% humidity and acid, alkali vapor or fluid attached to the circuit will make the circuit parameters change, and even the circuit is damaged. For the above conditions, waterproof products can be used.
6. Annual inspection requirements for electronic scales
The accuracy of electronic scale may change due to the influence of use, environment and device aging. Periodic verification shall be made according to the national metrological technical regulations. Electronic scales without verification or beyond the verification date cannot be used.
