How should the truck scale fault deal with?

TrUCK scale is mainly composed of weighing sensor, junction box, printer, weighing instrument, communication interface circuit, AD conversion circuit, display circuit, amplifier circuit, keyboard circuit, single-chip circuit, voltage regulator power supply circuit and so on. In the use of electronic loadometer in the process we will appear a variety of problems or failures.

There are many kinds of failures of the truck scale, one of which is that the truck scale can not be started up. How to deal with it?

Truck scale can not be started up can be solved by the following methods:

1. Check whether there are problems with the fuse, power supply or switch, power cord and voltage switch;

2. Please remove the battery and turn it on with AC power to see if it is caused by insufficient battery voltage. (Measure the battery voltage, it should be higher than 6V, charge it if it is lower than 5.5V, and it will run out soon after full charge, please replace the battery;

3. Check whether the transformer has AC110/220 input and AC18V output;
