Ten items of preparation before starting electronic belt scale

1. Check whether the reducer oil level of electronic belt scale is normal, and whether the roller and idler are in good condition.

2. Check whether the electronic belt scale cleaner, belt tensioning equipment, belt sealing cover and sealing cover are in good condition.

3. Check whether the baffle opening of the dust collecting pipe is appropriate and whether the pipe is leaking or blocked.

4. Check whether the belt and rope switches, deviation switches, speed switches and anti-reverse equipment are normal.

5. Check whether there is any foreign matter on the electronic belt scale belt, whether there is any adhesive material on the surface of roller and idler. There is no material, bulk or other foreign matter in the feeding chute.

6. Check whether there is any foreign body jam around the load sensor of belt scale.

7. Check whether the belt surface and interface of the belt machine are normal.

8. Check if the transmission motor is missing.

9. Check whether there is a staff in the electronic belt scale system.

10. Check whether the belt iron removal equipment is normal.
